LET'S REALLY BREAK IT DOWN FOR YOU
The price difference between the hair types has to do with level of care, consideration, experience, time and product needed to successfully perform these custom treatments in a safe way, on textured hair.
Taking all of this into consideration, we use time as a final measurement. We schedule 2.5 hours for Type 1-2, at $350, 3.25 hours for Type 3-4, at $500, and 4 hours for Type 4C at $650. If you have fine 4C hair and it doesn't require as much time and product or customization as our average 4C, you'll be categorized as Type 3-4. Add-on time is $100 for ever additional 30 minutes. If you book extra time and it is not used, you will not be charged.

If you're thinking long term maintenance...Most of our clients get 3-4 treatments a year, around $1600-$2200 a year for hair that takes 15 minutes and almost no product, instead of hours and thousands of dollars wasted on product.
This treatment is an investment into growing YOUR OWN hair into the longest, healthiest, easiest version of itself. Kaylie, personally, has clients who've been with her for 10 years and still have all of their curls.

$950 For Type 1–2 Hair

Kaylie enjoys welcoming new guests and introducing them to keratin through a personalized first treatment. Many clients then continue their ongoing maintenance with the SMOOTHED team, while others choose to book with Kaylie when appointments are available.
