Some appointments require additional training and longer appointment times. To provide every guest with the best possible experience, only Smoothologists who are currently trained and accepting these appointments will have these booking options available.
Children's appointments require additional patience, timing and specialized training. If you don't see the Children's Appointment add-on when booking with a particular Smoothologist, it simply means they are not currently accepting children's appointments.
Our Type 4C appointments require advanced training and additional appointment time. If the Type 4C Hair add-on isn't available for the Smoothologist you'd like to book with, that team member is not currently offering that service.

Our flat-rate first-time pricing applies to the overwhelming majority of guests and is designed to eliminate surprises. In the rare event that a service significantly exceeds our maximum reserved appointment time of approximately 3½ hours due to exceptionally long, dense or unusually time-intensive hair, additional charges may apply. Whenever possible, we'll discuss this with you before moving forward.

The standard $500 team starting price includes up to the first three hours of your service.
Many Type 1–2 appointments take approximately two and a half hours. An optional complimentary time-extension may be available during booking so we can reserve enough time without automatically increasing your price.
Some Type 3–4 appointments are completed within three hours, while denser, longer, thicker or highly textured hair may require additional time.
Please select the required additional-time option when booking. This reserves enough time for a comfortable appointment. Your final total is based on the actual time used.
Once your Smoothologist understands how much time, product and customization your hair typically requires, future maintenance pricing may be adjusted at their discretion.
Kaylie focuses primarily on welcoming new guests, mentoring the SMOOTHED team and developing the brand. Her limited appointment availability reflects her specialization and founder-level experience.
Kaylie typically sees each guest for their first one to three appointments. Ongoing maintenance may then be thoughtfully transitioned to a Senior or Established Smoothologist.
