Trying something new is always scary. Although keratin treatments are demi-permanent, they are still a big change, and we get it. We want you to feel super confident with your decision to book with Smoothed so we offer 15 minute virtual (usually facetime) calls with Kaylie. You'll leave feeling very excited to start your SMOOTHED journey.
- Ask all the questions you could have
- She'll assess your hair and suggest her strategy for your specific hair and lifestyle
- She'll price quote you as well as suggest a stylist she thinks you'll connect with
- Lastly, she'll go over upkeep and maintenance, as well as pre-appointment prep
- Our goal is that you feel the most confident with this decision, so don't be shy.

This is NOT an in person consult. If you'd like an in- person consult, step into the salon anytime 12-3pm Tues, or Friday and Someone on the team can chat with you.

Our books are nearly full. We recommend to schedule your consult and your in-person treatment online at the same time. Ex. Virtual for 04/06, physical appt for 04/14.

We are in Cali! Your virtual and in-person appt are on PACIFIC STANDARD TIME! We can't get our booking system to show that so we have it here.

This appt is to get you feeling confident to book with us. Kaylie will not be giving out any other hair advice, except keratin. She's a keratin specialist, not a curl specialist.
