Before Your Consultation

A little prep goes

Have your hair down, dry, and clearly visible
Remove hats, buns, ponytails, scarves, and clips
Sit in natural or bright lighting whenever possible
Have a few recent photos ready if your camera doesn't accurately show your texture

You don't need a virtual consult if you already understand the service. Every first-time guest receives a thorough in-person consultation before their treatment begins.

Screens have limits.

Because we can't physically examine your hair through a screen, recommendations made virtually may be adjusted once we evaluate your hair in person.
