Before You Apply
More than anything, we're looking for someone who sees the purpose behind what we do — helping women feel more like themselves, day after day. Someone who wants a career, not just a job: caring for people, being on the journey with them, and genuinely lighting up watching their hair — and their confidence — grow right alongside your own.
Keratin is a skill. We can teach anyone the technique, the timing, the treatment itself — that part's trainable.
What we can't teach is warmth. Charisma. Being genuinely kind to a client on a rough day. That's not a class we run — it's who you already are, or it isn't.
So before we ask for a resume, before we ask about your years behind the chair, we want to meet you. Send us 60 seconds of video — just you, talking to the camera, telling us who you are and why you want in.
What This Job Really Is
Every client who sits in your chair is carrying something — a rough morning, a low week, a version of themselves they haven't felt like in a while. The treatment itself matters, but what you're really offering is an easier morning, one less thing to manage, a little more confidence walking out the door.
This isn't a one-time transaction. Clients come back every few months, and if you're doing this right, you're not just repeating a service — you're watching someone's hair, and their relationship with themselves, actually change over time. You remember their kid's name. You notice when they seem lighter than last time. You're part of their life, not just their calendar.
That's the job we're actually hiring for. Not someone who wants to "do hair" — someone who wants a purposeful career built around showing up for people, again and again, and getting genuinely excited every time you see them grow.
This is a relationship business first. Hair is just how we show up.
