Almost everything we get asked is already answered somewhere on this site — the search button in the footer below is the quickest way to find it, and you'll have your answer straight away instead of waiting on us.

We don't have a front desk. We're booked out and fully automated, so every appointment is made, moved and cancelled by you, online.

We also can't keep up with the hundreds of emails we receive — and that's the honest reason we spent so long building this site out. We'd rather your answer be sitting here ready for you than waiting in a queue behind everyone else's.

• You're welcome to email us anything the site doesn't answer.
• Booking is yours to do online, any time of day, without waiting for a reply.
• Rescheduling is yours to do online too — change your own appointment whenever you need to.
• Cancelling is online as well, and it takes about ten seconds.
