Getting in touch
Almost everything we get asked is already answered somewhere on this site — the search at the bottom of this page is the quickest way to find it, and you’ll have your answer straight away instead of waiting on us.
We don’t have a front desk. We’re booked out and fully automated, so every appointment is made, moved and cancelled by you, online.
We also can’t keep up with the hundreds of emails we receive — and that’s the honest reason we spent so long building this site out. We’d rather your answer be sitting here ready for you than waiting in a queue behind everyone else’s.
So that nothing gets missed: we don’t book, reschedule or cancel appointments over email. Those all live online, where they’re instant and you can see exactly what you’ve got.
An email asking to book won’t get you a slot — it’ll just cost you the time you spent waiting for us to write back.

The short version: don’t circle 30th. Drive past us, loop the block, and look on Myrtle — there’s almost always something open. 29th is the backup.
One more thing
Find your spot, walk over, get settled. It makes more difference to the appointment than you’d think — you’ll walk in relaxed instead of still catching your breath.
