Ten years of what if we did it differently
Kaylie started doing keratin treatments more than ten years ago. Almost immediately, her repeat clients began saying a version of the same thing. I love this — but I wish it did a little more here. Or a little less there.

When you come back in three or four months, you aren’t bringing us the hair we met. You’ve had a season of easy mornings — less heat, less tension, less detangling. Your hair has better integrity than it did last time.
So we don’t repeat ourselves. We rein it in where your hair doesn’t need much, and go harder only where it does.
It’s also why we ask you to start with a stylist and stay with her. She remembers your first texture. She still has the photos and the videos from day one on her phone. She’s the one who can see the whole arc.
