STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR HAIR/CURL TYPE
This helps us schedule plenty of time! If youre unsure, thats ok, just do your best.
We are running into scheduling issues because our clients arent using our add-on options. Please use them. We don't like rushing or running behind. Youll never be charged for scheduling too much time, so there is zero risk to play it safe with extra time.
But you may be turned away and rescheduled if there is not enough time to begin with. Our clients are flying in and on strict schedules. WE HAVE TO RUN ON TIME!!
HOW WE BOOK

Choose your texture. If you're unsure, thats ok, just use your best judgement. This is mostly to help us schedule enough time. We hate rushing! Additional time that is not used, will not be charged. If you don't use the Add-On options and its visible to us that we won't have enough time scheduled, you will be turned away and rescheduled. We pride ourselves on our professionalism, and have multiple booking options to prevent this, so please use the Add-Ons. For info about pricing, please click here for a video.

Type 1-2 textures will be booked under "Keratin Treatment (Type 1-2)." Type 3-4 will be booked under "Keratin Treatment (Type 3-4)." If you have dense hair, please use our Add-On Options. Our Type 4C clients need to book using the 4C option. This is imperative to keep the salon running on time. When in doubt, opt for more time, we'd rather have it and not need it, than feel rushed. Again, you will not be charged for time that is not used, so please error on the side of caution. We can't wait to see you & SMOOTH YOU!

There is also an additional "Add-on" button if you feel you need even more time. Our starting price is $350-$500 for 2.5-3 hours, for hair types 1-4. 4C clients start at $650 and are scheduled for 4 hours. Any 1-2 appts that go beyond 2.5 hours will incur additional fees. Any 3-4 appts that go beyond 3 hours will incur fees. Any type 4C appts that go beyond 4 hours will incur additional fees. We use time as a measurement, but please know this price adjustment takes product, and expertise into consideration as well.

We are often asked if we work with 4C hair, and the answer is absolutely yes. This texture requires a highly customized approach, with advanced technique, deeper product knowledge, and significantly more time to ensure safe, effective results.
4C hair typically requires longer processing under heat, extended product application time, and a more detailed blow-dry and flat iron process. To properly accommodate this, we allot approximately 4 hours for this service, compared to shorter appointment times for other textures. In many cases, services may extend beyond this timeframe to maintain the integrity of the hair.
Due to the increased time, product usage, and level of expertise required, pricing for this service is higher. Our priority is to deliver results that are not only transformative but also protect and respect the health of your hair every step of the way.

After many years of working with children’s hair, we’ve found that most little ones come to us because their hair has become truly unmanageable—not only for them, but also for their parents. This level of unmanageability requires more time, effort, energy, patience, and product from our stylists to ensure the treatment is done properly and comfortably. For this reason, we have established a fee of $650 for all children’s keratin treatments, with each appointment scheduled for three hours.
This structure allows us to give every child the time and care they deserve while delivering the smooth, manageable results you’re looking for.

Each stylist at our salon operates as an independent booth renter. This means they manage their own schedules, appointments, and payments directly. For any service-related questions, adjustments, or concerns, we kindly ask that you contact your stylist directly, as they are solely responsible for their business and client care.

The recent surge in bookings has been incredible — and we are so grateful. Our team is currently operating at full capacity, carefully customizing every treatment for each client we serve.
To accommodate those with tighter timelines, we offer a limited number of After-Hours Appointments.
These appointments take place outside of our standard service day (either earlier in the morning or later in the evening) and are reserved for clients who would like priority access.
Because they extend our workday, after-hours appointments are offered at 1.5x our standard rate.
